2. List the benefits of medication synchronization to both the patient and the pharmacy
3. Examine current pharmacy operations to determine where changes could be made to implement med sync
4. Identify ways to and the importance of motivating leaders in the organization to adopt change
5. Summarize the key elements of a medication synchronization program
6. Examine ways to add other pharmacy services after initiating med sync for a patient
7. Determine which patient populations are the most appropriate target for medication synchronization enrollment
8. Create a workflow and demonstrate how medication synchronization will be implemented in practice
